Reflection:

Before this trip, I have never though of being selected, as only 24 cadets will be chosen. After being chosen, was quite surprised and honor to be one of the cadets. At the 1st briefing I really don even know anyone of them there, yet at the end of this trip we all have became friends, maybe even some best friends. In these 7 days, I have learned about the organization structure of the HK police force, the JPC members, one of the most important was able to know each other, learn about each other unit culture. There a sentence said by my CI, Lead with example, this has motivated me a lot. Overall, I felt that this trip was very meaningful, fruitful, learn many things
